The standard is very high, and it is difficult for players to make the breakthrough at Premier League level, but I think what we offer in comparison to the top six clubs is a pathway, and for a lot of youngsters that is the important thing… they want to have the opportunity to play, and at the top clubs as a young player you are not going to get that.
